Small team.
Real AI work.

We're a six-person AI-native dev shop in Bangalore. We ship products for ourselves and for paying clients, usually in days. If specialised comfort is what you want, this isn't the place - but if you like owning a feature from "what if" to "live in production," read on.

MLGround team
How we work

Four things, repeated.

Ship, then refine.

Day 3 working prototype. Day 14 production. We don't believe in months-long perfectionism - we believe in shipping the smallest useful thing and improving it under real load.

AI is your pair, not your boss.

Everyone here uses Claude, Cursor and Codex daily. We expect you to know when to lean on it and when to read the source code yourself.

Small team, big surface area.

You'll touch the database, the API, the frontend, the deploy pipeline and the customer email in the same week. If specialisation makes you happy, this won't.

Direct, kind, written down.

We argue in docs and PRs, not in meetings. Decisions get a paragraph; nobody is surprised on Monday.
