You'll touch the database, the API, the frontend, the deploy pipeline and the customer email in the same week. If specialisation makes you happy, this won't.

Full-time · Bangalore / Remote (IST)TypeScript everywhere - Next.js + Astro on the front, Node + Lambdas at the back. Comfortable wiring Stripe/Dodo, talking to OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs, and shipping a Chrome extension before lunch.
Application Specialist (Internship)
6 months · RemoteHelp our clients' candidates make sense of complicated job applications. You'll be living inside SubmitX, talking to recruiters, debugging form fields and writing playbooks. Strong written English required.
Founding Designer
Full-time · BangaloreBrutalist sensibilities, strong type instincts, can prototype in Figma and ship in Tailwind without us translating. You'll own the visual language across mlground.com, SubmitX, and every product we touch.
